A Winter Morning
A winter morning is misty and cold. There is dense fog everywhere. Everything looks hazy. Sometimes the fog is so dense that the sun is not seen. Even things at a little distance can hardly be seen. Bird’s chirping is not heard. No animals can come out. Dew-drops fall at night. When the morning sun peeps they look like glittering gold on grass and plants. The poor may have hardly warm clothes. They gather straw and dry leaves to make fires to warm themselves. In a winter morning housewives make delicious and sweet cakes, pies of date juice and many other things. My favourite sports man
My favourite sports man is Shachin Tendulkar. He is the member of Indian National Cricket Team. He is called the best batsman of our time and one of the best of all times. I like him, because he plays all shorts of the book and his timing is so sweet that whenever the ball touches his bat it does not give the fielder much time to field it. He is the highest run maker in one day internationals. He is the top century maker also he has played many dazzling innings and fetched win for his country so many times. He is very attacking on the field but very gentle off the field. His sportsmanship is proverbial in the arena of cricket. I am glad that such an outstanding personality is playing in our time and entertaining us at every appearance.
